Who do ESOS requirements apply to?
ESOS applies to large UK organisations that meet one or more of the following criteria:
- Organisations with over 250 employees, or
- Organisations with turnover over £44 million, AND an annual balance sheet total over £38 million
- Applies to large UK undertakings and their corporate groups
